This workshop is designed to equip you with the right tools for your clinical preceptor toolbox. Whenever you come across the icon to the left, you will be provided with a document that you can download and print for your own use. All of the tools will also be provided under the Resources section on the final page, if you happen to accidentally miss one along the way.

By the end of this interactive workshop, clinical preceptors should be able to define and describe expertise, identify characteristics of expert behavior, identify student levels of clinical expertise, recognize clinical reasoning skills, and design appropriate activities for expertise development of athletic trainers.
